**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team on a work-from-home basis. As a CSR, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and promoting arenaflex's products and services. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable
* Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to senior representatives as needed
* Promote arenaflex's products and services, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, ensuring that all interactions are documented and resolved
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
* Stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products, services, and policies, ensuring that you're always equipped to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
**Essential Qualifications**
* Minimum of one year of experience working in a customer service-related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
* Proficiency with computer skills, including internet browsers, email, and ability to learn new software
* Ability to handle private and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous experience working in a call center or customer service environment
* Strong conflict resolution skills, with the ability to de-escalate tense situations and resolve customer complaints
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools
* Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
**Schedule**
We currently have the following full-time shifts available:
* Tuesday through Saturday from 1 pm to 9 pm
* Sunday through Thursday from 1 pm to 9 pm
