**Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced customer service representative to join our team on a temporary basis, with excellent potential for permanent employment. As a customer service representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support, answering calls, and responding to queries related to medical insurance. **Key Responsibilities**

As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to:

* Deliver exceptional customer support by answering calls and responding to queries in a timely and professional manner
* Assist customers with medical insurance questions, ensuring each interaction is handled with respect and patience
* Accurately document call content in real-time, using our proprietary software
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
* Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

**Schedule**

As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll work a flexible schedule that includes:

* Work hours: Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
* Training: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5 PM (approximately the first 2 weeks)
* Rotating holidays as needed

**Compensation and Benefits**

**Essential Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or healthcare setting
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

**Preferred Qualifications**

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

* Experience working with medical insurance or healthcare-related products
* Certification in customer service or a related field
* Bilingual or multilingual skills
* Experience with CRM software or proprietary software
