**What You'll Do**

As a Customer Service Representative I at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our organization, providing exceptional service to our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

* Validating ship-to and replenishment locations of orders with sales and operations partners
* Ensuring PO (Bill Only, Ship and Bills, GHX, and other future EDI platforms) entry accuracy as the front line for data entry, pushing back where necessary
* Checking and validating accuracy of incoming surgery product usage cases
* Providing phone support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals, developing creative solutions to customer issues
* Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
* Providing proactive updates on order status to accelerate billing process
* Supporting Sales Department by providing answers to questions generated by telephone, e-mails, and fax, researching responses with sales
* Building relationships with hospital billing specialists and supporting surgery product usage questions to accelerate billing process, following up to collect purchase orders and clarify discrepancies
* Supporting Sales Reps in case of product usage pricing or discrepancies

**What You Need**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* **Required:**
+ High School Diploma or GED
+ Two (2) years' relevant work experience
* **Preferred:**
+ Experience as an account representative
+ Oracle experience
