**Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

* Establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups and communication
* Providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
* Conducting customer-focused, needs-based reviews to educate customers about insurance options and provide personalized recommendations
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Staying up-to-date on industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and provide expert advice to customers
* Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
