**Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative – Live Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

**Essential Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

* **High School Diploma or Equivalent**: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
* **Excellent Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
* **Problem-Solving and Multitasking**: Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
