As a Customer Service Representative with blithequark, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound calls, resolving customer issues, and providing exceptional service to Medicare members. This is a 5-star service role that requires a strong customer-focused approach, empathy, and problem-solving skills. **Key Responsibilities**

* Handle inbound calls from Medicare members, resolving issues related to claims, benefits, enrollment, member portal, ID cards, and other concerns
* Work with customers to solve problems, providing empathetic and professional service
* Utilize multiple systems to navigate and resolve customer issues
* Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
* Collaborate with team members to achieve service excellence and meet performance metrics
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge

**Essential Qualifications**

* Call Center Customer Service experience with a focus on inbound calls (no telesales)
* Excellent Customer Focused competencies, with a strong service-oriented approach
* Empathy and strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex customer issues
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate complex messages over the phone
* Ability to navigate through multiple systems at a time
* ALL candidates must score a 80% or above on eSkills test

**Preferred Qualifications**

* HS Diploma or GED with 2 years of customer service experience/call center experience
* Healthcare industry experience
* Previous Medicare experience
* Call Center Customer Service experience (Inbound calls)
* Medical background helpful
