**Key Responsibilities**

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

* Processing customer orders generated by Account Managers, ensuring accurate and efficient production processes
* Facilitating purchase orders, checking for accuracy, and verifying with Account Managers when necessary
* Documenting and arranging releases from inventory, filing tickets for completed jobs, and maintaining accurate records
* Preparing materials for return to customers, documenting Haz-Mat orders, and ordering marketing materials
* Managing internal forms, FSI and FSC records, and performing additional tasks as required
* Filling in for Account Managers and assuming their responsibilities when necessary, including checking emails and voice mails and making relevant decisions
* Assisting the estimating department as needed and performing additional tasks and duties as required and delegated by the Director of Sales

**Essential Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* High school graduate or General Education Degree (GED) or equivalent
* Associate's Degree (two-year college or technical school) or equivalent
* 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
* Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work accurately and thoroughly, with attention to detail
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Familiarity with Microsoft Suite and other software applications

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Bronze designation on ACT or equivalent
* Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
* Knowledge of production capabilities and processes
* Certification in customer service or a related field

**Skills and Competencies**
