**Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

* Providing exceptional customer service to pharmacy benefit plan members via inbound calls
* Answering questions regarding prescription coverage, drug inclusion, and mail-order prescriptions
* Resolving customer inquiries in a positive and productive manner
* Utilizing your knowledge and skills to improve the healthcare experience for our plan members
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Staying up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge
* Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and quality standards

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* 2+ years of experience engaging with clients (call center, retail, customer service, hospitality industry, or military experience)
* Proficiency in Windows-based applications
* Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Reliable and compliant with scheduling standards
* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
