**Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

**Essential Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* The ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage your time effectively
* Active listening skills with the ability to resolve customer issues
* Basic computer skills utilizing Microsoft Windows and browser-based applications
* A minimum typing speed of 25wpm
* The ability to identify and escalate priority issues
* The ability to manage and update customer data by entering and editing customer information
* A quiet work space and high-speed internet
* Bi-lingual skills (Spanish or French) a plus but not required

**Preferred Qualifications**

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

* Previous customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
* Experience with CRM software and other customer relationship management tools
* Knowledge of the customer service industry and best practices
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
