**Customer Service Job Duties and Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through:

* Excellent customer care and focus, with the ability to assess customers' needs and provide the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
* Answering and managing incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems
* Learning and following all customer service procedures and policies
* Striving to meet and exceed personal and team target goals
* Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and account changes
* Upselling and scheduling call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms
* Basic computer skills and experience, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns
* A customer-focused approach, with a commitment to delivering positive customer experiences and resolutions
* A willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and policies
