**Job Description:**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Compiling, sorting, and verifying the accuracy of customer issues and data before it is entered
* Acting as an assistant to the HR Manager, providing administrative support and ensuring seamless office operations
* Maintaining logs of activities and completed work, ensuring accurate records and efficient workflow
* Typing and data entry of confidential client and financial data, with a minimum typing speed of 25 words per minute
* Performing other administrative tasks as assigned, including general work, data entry, and reception duties
* Receiving calls, texts, and emails on behalf of arenaflex, responding promptly and professionally to client inquiries
* Booking appointments and flight reservations, ensuring timely and efficient service

* Ability to maintain confidentiality concerning financial information, with a high level of integrity and honesty
