**Job Summary**

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be the face of our organization, providing world-class service to our customers. **Essential Qualifications**

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office

**Preferred Qualifications**

* 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Certification in customer service or a related field
* Bilingual or multilingual skills
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
