**Key Responsibilities:**

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. Your key responsibilities will include:

* Responding to inbound calls in a timely and professional manner
* Assisting customers with questions and inquiries about products and services
* Troubleshooting issues and addressing questions related to orders placed by customers
* Following up with customers to ensure they have received quality customer service
* Completing after-call information and data entry to the system

**Qualifications:**

* **1+ years' experience** in a Customer Service role
* **Must currently reside** in the following states: MN, WI, IA, or MI
* **Reliable high-speed internet** with the ability to be hard-wired
* **High School Diploma**

**Essential Skills and Competencies:**

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* **Salary:** $12.00 per hour, with increases throughout the first year. Transitioning to a performance-based model.
