**Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

* Handling incoming contacts for arenaflex brands via voice, email, and chat
* Processing reservation requests and supporting basic loyalty and customer care requests
* Identifying guest reservation needs and following sales techniques to maximize revenue
* Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures for special booking rules and requests, loyalty guidelines, and case management
* Providing customer support through assistance and guidance in issue resolution

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
* No related work experience required
* No supervisory experience required
* To live within 100 miles of Austin, TX CEC
* A reliable internet connection with a minimum of 3 Mbps download speed and 1 Mbps upload speed
