**Job Summary**

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing top-notch support to our clients. You'll be responsible for answering client inquiries, providing product information, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner. **Key Responsibilities**

* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems
* Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries, addressing their needs and concerns
* Utilize product knowledge to resolve customer issues and provide solutions
* Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes
* Strive to meet and exceed personal and team target goals
* Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills

**Essential Qualifications**

* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
* Basic computer skills and experience with CRM software
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Excellent time management and organizational skills
* Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns
* Customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
* Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
* Certification in customer service or a related field
* Experience with sales and upselling techniques
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
