Description
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the frontline hero of our company, assisting customers with inquiries, complaints, and reservations. You will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, engaging with customers to address their needs promptly and effectively. You will utilize various systems to assist customers with ticket bookings, flight changes, and other inquiries related to travel arrangements. You will also have the opportunity to educate customers about arenaflex's policies, procedures, and promotions, ensuring they have the most up-to-date information.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Assist customers with booking tickets, modifying reservations, and answering queries.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
