**Key Responsibilities:**
* Work from a Smartsheet list of thousands of renewal customers, generating and aligning quotes within Salesforce based on predefined renewal terms
* Submit quotes for internal approvals when needed, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
* Coordinate with the Customer Success team to ensure quotes are ready for delivery, maintaining seamless communication and collaboration
* Targeting 12-15 quotes/day, this is a fast-paced, data-heavy role that requires attention to detail and organizational skills
* Interface only with internal stakeholders, with no external communication or technical troubleshooting responsibilities
**What You Won't Do:**
* No hands-on Salesforce configuration or customization
* No customer communication or technical troubleshooting, ensuring a focused data entry and quote generation role
**Ideal Background:**
* 1-3 years of experience in data entry, operations, sales support, or customer success, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results
* Familiarity with Salesforce (Sales Cloud or CPQ HIGHLY preferred), with experience preparing quotes, contracts, or renewal documentation
* Comfortable navigating spreadsheets and large data sets, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
* Must be able to work EST or CST, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
**Bonus Points For:**
* Prior experience generating quotes in Salesforce CPQ (no configuration experience required), with a strong understanding of the platform's capabilities
* Experience supporting high-volume renewal or deal processes, with a proven ability to manage complex data sets and meet tight deadlines
