**Key Responsibilities**

* Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Documenting interactions with customers, providers, and plan sponsors
* Building trusting relationships with customers to support their health and well-being
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is preferred
* Customer service experience in a transaction-based environment, such as a call center or retail store
* Ability to work in a production environment and meet performance standards
