**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll enjoy a variety of tasks and responsibilities that will challenge you and help you grow in your career. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
* Greeting customers and providing a warm, welcoming experience
* Running the register, cashiering, and making purchase suggestions to drive sales growth
* Working with our food program to provide customers with a seamless shopping experience
* Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, both inside and out
* Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance to ensure seamless operations
* Interacting with customers daily, building relationships, and resolving any issues that may arise
* Working collaboratively with a fun, energetic team to accomplish daily tasks and goals
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed as a Customer Service Representative, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Retail and customer service experience, preferably in a sales associate or cashiering role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines
* Physical stamina to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds, and perform other physical tasks as required
