As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling a high volume of customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing personalized support to our valued customers. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that every customer interaction is a positive one, and that our customers feel heard and understood.

**Compensation and Benefits**

* **Competitive hourly rate**: $15.00 per hour, with automatic increases in pay every 6 months for 2 years.
* **Pay for Performance incentive**: Eligible team members can earn a monthly bonus based on their performance.
* **Flexible scheduling**: You'll have the flexibility to work a set schedule, with opportunities to adjust as needed.

**System Requirements**

To ensure that you have the necessary tools to provide exceptional customer support, we require the following system specifications:

* **Self-provided computer or laptop**: Running a Microsoft Operating System, not older than 3 years.
* **Headset compatible with arenaflex specifications**: You'll need a headset that meets our technical requirements.
* **High-speed internet connection**: We require a reliable, high-speed internet connection to ensure that you can work efficiently and effectively.

**Training Schedule**

Your arenaflex career begins with a paid training period, where attendance and participation are required. Your first day will be on a Thursday to complete Tech Set Up. After that, you'll begin a six-week training program, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm ET.
