**Job Responsibilities:**

* Collaborating with the Trader Administrations Manager to develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and customer satisfaction
* Coaching and mentoring colleagues to enhance their skills and knowledge, promoting a culture of continuous learning and growth
* Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes to increase efficiency and quality
* Analyzing data and metrics to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes
* Working closely with the Inbound Operations team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
* Participating in training and development programs to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

**Essential Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, communications, customer service)
* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment
* Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and resolving complex issues
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
* Proficiency in Google Sheets or similar data analysis tools
* Experience with data-driven decision-making and process improvement initiatives

**Preferred Qualifications:**
