**Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

* Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
* Providing accurate product and service information to customers

* Documenting all customer interactions and maintaining a comprehensive log of inquiries and issues
* Collaborating with team members to resolve complex customer issues and escalating when necessary
