Job Summary

We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to take ownership of addressing customer concerns, complaints, inquiries, and orders. As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support, building sustainable relationships with customers, and driving sales growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing large volumes of inbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Following established communication scripts to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions
  • Identifying customers' needs, clarifying information, researching every issue, and providing solutions and/or alternatives
  • Seizing opportunities to up-sell products and services, driving sales growth and revenue
  • Building sustainable relationships with customers, engaging them through regular communication, and providing personalized support
  • Taking orders over the phone, ringing in orders into our POS system, and processing mail orders into our mail order system

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in a customer support role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different personality types and communication styles
  • Customer focus and adaptability, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in CRM software and other customer support tools

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

  • Relevant experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the food service or hospitality industry
  • Experience with POS systems, mail order systems, and other customer support software
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer support tools
  • Experience in a remote work environment, with a proven track record of productivity and adaptability
