**Key Responsibilities**

As a Remote Customer Service/Dispatcher, your primary responsibilities will include:

* Managing inbound and outbound communications with patients, technicians, and healthcare providers
* Ensuring efficient data entry and maintaining accurate records
* Dispatching work orders to scheduled technicians and following up to ensure job completion
* Providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborating with the Customer Service Manager to prioritize and triage calls, and make decisions to optimize workflow
* Maintaining phone etiquette and adhering to arenaflex's high standards for customer service

* Able to handle inbound and outbound calls and manage call center operations
* Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a plus
