**Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced Customer Success Program Manager to join our Customer Success and Support (CS&S) organization. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring that key programs and projects associated with our CS&S organization's priorities and strategy are executed successfully. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and remove roadblocks, develop documentation and workflows, and drive automation and process optimization to enhance project delivery efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Success Program Manager at arenaflex, you'll have the following key responsibilities:

* Lead and manage key initiatives and projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives
* Monitor project risks and escalate critical issues to ensure prompt resolution and continuous improvement
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to remove roadblocks and ensure smooth project delivery
* Develop documentation, workflows, and tracking processes to improve project efficiency
* Drive automation and process optimization to enhance project delivery efficiency
* Communicate to key stakeholders, program progress and updates, and provide regular status reports
* Other duties as assigned by the Sr. Director of Customer Strategy and Operations

**What You'll Need to Succeed**

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have the following qualifications and skills:

* Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or a related field
* 7+ years of business experience, in the SaaS industry ideally in a GTM role
* 3+ years of direct experience in Customer Operations, Program Management, or project management
* Superior project management skills, with experience in leading cross-functional and complex projects
* Proficiency in data analysis and reporting; experience with CS tools (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus
* Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to represent complex data visually
* Experience in process improvement methodologies
* Thrives in a fast-paced environment

We offer a competitive salary range of $96,400-$144,600, depending on relevant skills, experience, and location. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
