**Responsibilities**

* Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to their questions and concerns.
* Provide in-depth information about our products and services, ensuring customers have a comprehensive understanding of our offerings.
* Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring seamless communication between customers and our clients.
* Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, driving business growth and revenue.
* Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights and feedback.
* Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.

**Qualifications**

* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary.
* Basic internet and window-based computer skills are essential, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to change.
* Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.

**Requirements**

* Ability to attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 10am-6:30pm CST.
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary.
* Basic internet and window-based computer skills are essential.
* Strong ability to multitask and adapt to change.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
