**Responsibilities**

As a Customer Support Representative – Chat, your primary responsibilities will include:

* Handling a wide range of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses that meet their needs
* Providing in-depth information about our products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing
* Scheduling appointments and capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review
* Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review and feedback
* Developing and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base of our evolving products and services
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall support processes

**Key Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (although not necessary, it's a plus!)
* Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to new technologies
* A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a willingness to learn and grow with our company

**Requirements**

To join our team, you'll need to:

* Attend 4 weeks of comprehensive training, Tuesday – Saturday between the hours of 10am-6:30pm CST
* Demonstrate a strong ability to multitask, with a preference for gaming experience (although not necessary)
* Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on delivering clear and concise responses
* Be able to adapt to change and thrive in a dynamic work environment
