* Assisting the team in carrying out departmental responsibilities and collaborating with colleagues to support short- and long-term goals
* Communicating promptly and accurately to build and maintain internal and external relationships
* Handling a high volume of incoming calls and emails with professionalism and efficiency
* Providing accurate information and assistance to customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues

**Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

* Excellent phone skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers
* Good communication, organizational, math, and computer skills, with experience using Microsoft Office
* Leadership skills, technical experience, and knowledge are a plus, but not required
* Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
* Multitasking and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Ability to answer a high volume of calls and/or emails daily, with a high level of attentiveness and patience
