**Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer success team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience across all touchpoints. **Responsibilities**

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

* Investigating and resolving customer inquiries regarding arenaflex products and services in a timely and professional manner
* Interacting with customers, Customer Success Manager, and the sales team to handle a variety of post-sales service functions
* Providing ongoing support to customers on website navigation and technical issues, ensuring a seamless experience across all touchpoints
* Logging all calls and support requests to maintain accurate records and track customer interactions
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
* Staying up-to-date with arenaflex products and services to provide accurate and informed support to customers

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* 2+ years of inbound customer support experience, preferably in a SaaS environment
* Excellent in-person, phone, and written customer communication skills, with a focus on empathy and problem-solving
* Strong PC skills, including proficiency in standard MS Office applications and experience with Salesforce (a plus)
* Ability to manage time effectively and work independently, with minimal supervision
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on resolving complex customer issues
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Knowledge of CRM software and customer support tools, such as Zendesk or Freshdesk
* Experience with data analysis and reporting, with the ability to provide insights and recommendations to improve customer support processes
* Certification in customer support or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))

**Compensation and Benefits**

* Hourly rate: $19-22 per hour, with uncapped performance-based commission
