**Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced Customs Trade Coordinator to join our remote data entry team at arenaflex. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for ensuring seamless customs clearance and trade compliance for our clients. **Key Responsibilities**

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients and internal stakeholders
* Process and arrange customs clearance for shipments from data sets, SOPs, duty books, web, or customs
* Handle and process various import-related documentation for submission to US Customs and may work with participating government organizations (PGAs)
* Maintain and update all shipment documentation in accordance with record-keeping requirements
* Comply with all international importing and exporting regulations
* Collaborate with internal staff, divisions, other arenaflex activities, and clients to deliver exceptional service and results
* Process organizational financier shipments
* May handle distant filings
* Ensure all service and operational strategies are followed
* Perform other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., logistics, supply chain management, international trade)
* No industry experience required, but a minimum of 6 months of work experience is preferred
* Proficiency in data entry and computer skills
* Required skills:
+ MS Office
+ Viewpoint
+ Office equipment (telephone, fax, scanner, printer, scanner)
* Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills
* Organizational and time management skills
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Ability to handle high volumes of work and tight deadlines

* Ability to use various systems and reference materials
* Collaborative and customer-focused approach
