**Job Description:**

As a Data Entry Clerk and IT Help Desk Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

* **Account Creation:** You will be responsible for creating new accounts for our clients, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the process.
* **Claims Online Portal Registration:** You will assist clients in registering for online portals, providing them with a seamless experience.
* **Processing Claims Online Portal Tickets:** You will process tickets that come through the online portal, ensuring timely resolution and excellent customer service.
* **Help Desk Support:** You will provide IT help desk support to our clients, addressing their technical queries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
* **Backlog Processing:** You will help process new tickets that come through, ensuring that our clients receive prompt attention and resolution.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Create new accounts for clients using ServiceNow and CyberArk
* Assist clients in registering for online portals
* Process claims online portal tickets
* Provide IT help desk support to clients
* Help process new tickets that come through
* Maintain accurate records and reports
* Collaborate with team members to achieve goals and objectives

**Requirements:**

* **2+ years of Account Creation experience:** You should have a proven track record of creating new accounts efficiently and accurately.
* **2+ years of Customer Service and IT Help Desk experience:** You should have experience in providing exceptional customer service and IT help desk support.
* **Healthcare Experience:** You should have experience working in the healthcare industry or a related field.
* **Ability to learn quickly:** You should be able to learn new systems, processes, and technologies quickly.
* **Detail Oriented:** You should be highly detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in your work.
* **High school diploma:** You should have a high school diploma or equivalent.

**Nice to Have Skills & Experience:**

* **ServiceNow / CyberArk experience:** You should have experience using ServiceNow and CyberArk, or be willing to learn.
