**Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk/Typing Specialist to join our remote team and play a critical role in refining youngster support remittances in the SDU (Condition Disbursement System) system. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing data, maintaining high standards of quality, and adhering to Standard Operating Procedures. **Key Responsibilities**

* Refine youngster support remittances in the SDU (Condition Disbursement System) system in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures
* Process and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring high standards of quality and attention to detail
* Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
* Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of policies, procedures, and systems
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve processes and procedures
* Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

**Essential Qualifications**

* High School Diploma or equivalent required
* Strong understanding of policies and procedures

* Ability to pick up, research, organize, and assess information quickly and accurately
* Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as needed
