**Job Summary**
We're seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our administrative support team, you'll be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate data records, ensuring data integrity, and providing administrative support as needed. **Key Responsibilities**
As a Data Entry Coordinator at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for the following key duties:
* **Data Entry**: Enter customer and account data from source documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
* **Data Management**: Enter new SKUs and pricing in the system, verify data accuracy by cross-referencing with source material, and upload documents/backup records in the Salesforce system.
* **Administrative Support**: Monitor aging of accounts receivable, prepare invoices, and facilitate the collection process, reconcile Purchase Orders, and conduct a hard count of product labels on a weekly basis.
* **General Administrative Tasks**: Provide administrative support, including answering phones, filing, and handling correspondence.
* **Continuous Improvement**: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and contribute to the development of new processes and procedures to improve data management and administrative support.
**Required Skills and Abilities**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and abilities:
* **Proficiency with Data Entry Software**: Proficiency with data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access).
* **Attention to Detail**: Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with a strong focus on data integrity.
* **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
* **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner.
**Education and Experience**
To be considered for this role, you'll need to possess the following education and experience:
* **High School Diploma or Equivalent**: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
* **Related Experience**: 1-2 years of related experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field.
