Job Overview

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be an integral part of our functional team, responsible for ensuring the accuracy and consistency of our data. You will work independently with minimal supervision to read and enter data from various source documents, including work orders, shipping orders, and customer service documents, into our computer systems. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in verifying the information before entry and maintaining consistent formatting. To avoid repetition, you will also be involved in filing, copying, and other administrative duties, which will help keep your days varied and engaging.

Key Responsibilities

  • Read and decipher customer and shipping orders submitted through various channels, including in-person, print catalog, and online orders
  • Key data into specific Microsoft Excel fields, with a focus on accuracy and consistency
  • Read and key in data from other source documents, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate
  • Verify the accuracy of data before entry and report any errors or anomalies to your supervisor

Compensation and Benefits
