* Assisting in handling live chat inquiries and data entry tasks remotely, ensuring accurate and timely processing of requests and data entries.
* Providing exceptional customer support by resolving inquiries and issues promptly, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy.
* Utilizing various software tools and platforms to manage and track data effectively, including Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

**Requirements**
