**Job Summary**

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Driver Onboarding Specialist/Data Entry Clerk to support our growing team of delivery professionals. As a key member of our onboarding process, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our drivers are equipped with the necessary tools and information to succeed. This is a full-time position that requires a strong desire to help people, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**

As a Driver Onboarding Specialist/Data Entry Clerk, your key responsibilities will include:

* Reviewing applications, insurance documents, and vehicle registration documents for accuracy and eligibility
* Conducting virtual vehicle safety inspections with qualified driver-applicants (training provided)
* Communicating with delivery professionals via text, chat, and email about the status of their applications
* Ordering driver applicants' pre-employment background checks using company software
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of driver applications and onboarding progress
* Collaborating with the onboarding team to ensure seamless communication and efficient processing of driver applications

**Experience and Qualifications**

While we welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds, we're looking for individuals with:

* Associate's degree or above (preferred, but not required)
* 1-2 years of experience in recruiting/onboarding gig app workers or working in data entry, HR, or customer service (preferred, not required)
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Comfortable with smartphone applications and web-based applications
* Self-motivated and able to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision
