**Job Summary:**

As a Business Analytics Manager, you'll lead a high-performing team responsible for uncovering hidden opportunities and driving business outcomes through data-driven decision making. You'll work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to identify areas of improvement, develop and implement data-driven solutions, and measure the impact of your initiatives. Your expertise will help us refine our customer support processes, enhance the overall customer experience, and drive business growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Lead a team of analysts in driving business growth through data-driven insights and recommendations
* Develop and maintain complex data models, dashboards, and reports to inform business decisions
* Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify areas of improvement and develop data-driven solutions
* Analyze and interpret large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, to ensure alignment and buy-in on analytics initiatives
* Communicate complex analytics insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement

**Essential Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or related field
* Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related field (desired)
* 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
* Proven expertise in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
* Strong understanding of statistical modeling, data mining, and machine learning concepts
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities

**Preferred Qualifications:**
