**Job Summary**

As a Business Analytics Manager, you'll lead a high-performing team responsible for investigating data and processes to uncover insights that drive business growth and improvement. **Key Responsibilities**

* Lead a team of analysts in investigating data and processes to uncover insights that drive business growth and improvement
* Develop and implement data-driven solutions to optimize business processes and improve client satisfaction
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and develop strategic plans to address business challenges
* Communicate complex ideas and results to senior leaders through clear, concise, and compelling storytelling
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analytics and data science
* Mentor and develop team members to achieve their full potential

**Essential Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Operations Research, or related field
