**Job Summary**

As the Business Operations Manager for Disney Vacation Club, you'll be responsible for leading a team of Cast Members, providing strategic direction, and driving business growth. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement operational strategies, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall customer experience. **Key Responsibilities**

* Lead a team of Cast Members, providing guidance, mentorship, and coaching to drive exceptional results
* Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the customer experience
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, improve processes, and identify opportunities for innovation
* Analyze data and metrics to inform business decisions, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement
* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Disney Vacation Club partners and advisors
* Oversee the development and implementation of training programs to enhance Cast Member skills and knowledge
* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs
* Collaborate with the Walt Disney World Resort team to develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience
* Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors and partners to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement

**Essential Qualifications**

* 2+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a customer-facing or operational environment
* Strong understanding of the sales cycle, including customer engagement and conversion processes
* Experience with workforce management and labor analytics
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and metrics to inform business decisions
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, video conferencing tools, and customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Ability to travel and work on-site at Disney Vacation Club locations, as needed

**Preferred Qualifications**

* 2+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a customer-facing or operational environment
* Strong understanding of Walt Disney World strategies and techniques
* Labor force management experience
* Experience with continuous improvement processes
* Experience really overseeing vendor relationships
* Proficiency in using software like Avaya/Telecom and CRM programs
* Experience with IT systems to plan virtual show meetings
