**Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative to join our team, providing technical support and guidance to clients on our cloud-based applications and services. As a key liaison between our clients and technical teams, you'll be responsible for identifying business and technical needs, leading technical discovery, and developing client solutions to meet their requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Identify business and technical requirements, lead full technical discovery, and develop client solutions to meet assembled requirements
* Lead technical projects, technology support, support bid responses, product and service briefings, proof-of-concept work, and the coordination of supporting technical assets
* Deliver product messaging for the arenaflex Cloud Platform using whiteboard and slide presentations, product demos, white papers, trial management, and Request for Information (RFI) response documents
* Drive recommendations on integration strategies, project designs, platforms, and application frameworks to implement a comprehensive solution providing best practice counsel to clients to enhance arenaflex Cloud Platform effectiveness
* Attend client sites, meetings, and other events as required

**Essential Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
* 2+ years of experience as a technical sales engineer in a distributed computing environment or a customer-facing role
* Experience with inheritance and modern application development, cloud service delivery, and infrastructure
* Experience with containers including Kubernetes and other related technologies

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Dynamic US Government Top Secret/Secret Compartmentalized Information (TS/SCI) Exceptional status
* Experience creating mobile structures using API management, microservice architectures, PaaS, and container orchestration frameworks, or other material platforms
* Experience with Government Public Area clients, including defense and civilian agencies
* Knowledge of application security frameworks including web application security, service boundary, and mobile security techniques
* Ability to learn, understand, and work with emerging technologies, philosophies, and solutions in the arenaflex Cloud/IT technology space

**Skills and Competencies**

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
* Strong technical knowledge of cloud computing, application development, and infrastructure
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues
* Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
