**Key Responsibilities**

* Utilize internal systems, including Acumatica and VoIP phone systems, to efficiently manage customer interactions and resolve issues.
* Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and customer insights, driving continuous improvement and excellence.
* Participate in training and coaching sessions to develop skills and expertise, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and business growth.
* Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets, drive revenue growth, and enhance customer loyalty.
* Maintain accurate records, reports, and data, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

**Essential Qualifications**

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
* Strong analytical and technical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and internal systems.
* Ability to learn and adapt quickly, with a passion for continuous learning and growth.
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
