**Job Summary**

As a Customer Service Representative Team Lead, you'll be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives, providing exceptional support to our clients, and driving business growth through innovative solutions. **Primary Responsibilities**

* Lead a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure exceptional service delivery
