We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our High-Level Investigation, Content Group. **Key Responsibilities**
* Apply advanced analytical methods (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) to large-scale, high-dimensional data to inform business decisions
* Investigate client behavior (e.g., viewing patterns, engagement metrics) to identify untapped client needs and undiscovered content opportunities
* Develop predictive models to forecast content engagement and inform acquisition decisions
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement content launch and episode release strategies
* Test and optimize marketing strategies to improve engagement and retention
* Ideate and develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and tactical direction
* Provide specialized analytical support to partners to drive business growth
* Effectively communicate key findings through compelling data storytelling across the organization
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related field
* At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on statistical analysis and AI procedures
* Proficiency in SQL and experience with R or Python programming languages
* Experience with machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling techniques (e.g., decision trees, regression, clustering)
* Proven ability to work independently and apply creativity to solve complex problems
