**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Engineer to join our team and contribute to the design and development of cloud-based data pipelines that drive business growth and inform strategic decision-making. As a Full Stack Data Engineer at arenaflex, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining large-scale data pipelines that integrate data from various sources, ensuring data quality and accessibility. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions that meet those needs.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Design and develop large-scale data pipelines that integrate data from various sources, ensuring data quality and accessibility
* Develop ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, data set frameworks, and tools for continuous and batch processing
* Collaborate with data science teams to integrate data and incorporate calculations and models into automated processes
* Involve data in Cloud, Hadoop, and experience planning and streamlining queries to build data pipelines
* Develop strong programming skills in Python or other significant languages to build robust data pipelines and dynamic systems
* Assemble data stores and data models to support Information Science and other internal clients
* Investigate current data technology conditions to identify and evaluate key functions and suggest solutions
* Explore available tools and consult on new tools to determine the best solution given the requirements directed by the model/use case

**Essential Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
* 5+ years of relevant work experience in Data Engineering
* 5+ years of experience with SQL
* 5+ years of experience with Python
* Experience with Cloud-based platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure)
* Strong Communication, Decision-Making, and Critical Thinking skills

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience with Hadoop, Hive, or PySpark
* Experience with Visualization (Tableau)
* Healthcare industry experience is a plus

**Skills and Competencies**

* Strong programming skills in Python or other significant languages
* Experience with Cloud-based platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure)
* Knowledge of data modeling and data warehousing concepts
