**Key Responsibilities**

In this role, you will:

* **Engineer L2**: Provide engineering support on various aircraft systems, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our fleet.
* **Keep informed of day-to-day airline operations**: Stay up-to-date on the latest developments and priorities within our operations.
* **Assess daily priorities**: Determine the most critical tasks and projects to focus on, in accordance with airline/departmental objectives and management directives.
* **Investigate and resolve aircraft/component problems**: Identify and address issues that may cause delays, cancellations, or other disruptions to our operations.
* **Provide technical assistance**: Respond to requests from Maintenance and other airline departments, providing expert guidance and support.
* **Develop action plans**: Create and implement plans for fleet/multi-fleet and/or component engineering projects, prioritizing tasks and resources accordingly.
* **Coordinate with other departments**: Collaborate with other teams to ensure effective and efficient implementation of engineering dispositions.
* **Prepare Engineering documents**: Develop customized procedures for repairs, modifications, inspections, or other actions that align with airline/departmental objectives and management directives.

**Essential Qualifications**

* **Bachelor's degree in a relevant field**: Such as engineering, aviation, or a related field.
* **2+ years of experience in a related field**: Proven experience in engineering, data entry, or a related field.
* **Strong technical skills**: Proficiency in software applications, data analysis, and problem-solving.
* **Excellent communication skills**: Ability to effectively communicate with team members, stakeholders, and other departments.
