**Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Product Manager to join our team and lead the development of our conversational AI platform and live chat support capabilities. As a key member of our Digital Product Management team, you'll be responsible for defining product requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving the delivery of high-quality products that meet our customers' needs.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Lead the development of our conversational AI platform and live chat support capabilities, working closely with engineers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and drive delivery
* Collaborate with our product team to identify opportunities for innovation and growth, and develop strategic plans to capitalize on these opportunities
* Work with our engineering team to design, develop, and test new features and functionality, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and usability
* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to ensure that our products meet their needs and exceed their expectations
* Analyze data and metrics to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and growth

**Essential Qualifications**

* 4-year degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field
* 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on conversational AI, live chat support, or a related field
* Proven track record of delivering high-quality products that meet customer needs and exceed expectations
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and drive informed decision-making
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
* Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools, such as Jira and Asana
* Strong understanding of conversational AI, natural language processing, and machine learning concepts

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience with cloud-based platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure
* Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, such as Docker and Kubernetes
* Experience with data analytics and visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
* Strong understanding of user experience (UX) design principles and human-centered design methodologies
* Experience with testing and quality assurance methodologies, such as Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD)
