As a Senior Developer, you'll report to the OnBrand Production Director and be part of our In-House Creative agency, OnBrand. Our ambition is to become the creative partner-of-choice for building seamless customer experiences across our Business Units, driving results and unlocking value through industry-defining creative excellence.

**Responsibilities**

As a key member of our Virtual Customer Care team, you'll be responsible for:

* Executing development for multiple parallel project engagements, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
* Writing high-quality code for digital platforms using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, adhering to industry standards and best practices
* Producing, maintaining, and modifying digital experiences and user interfaces, collaborating with UX/UI, copy, and design teams
* Partnering with the QA team to troubleshoot and resolve defects, identify patterns, and optimize overall development processes
* Providing proactive coaching, feedback, and oversight for developers on project-based work
* Ensuring all digital experiences align to industry standards and best practices, with a focus on accessibility, responsiveness, performance, and ease of use

**Essential Qualifications**

* 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on web and cloud application development
* Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks and libraries
* Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git)
* Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
* Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
* Experience with cloud-based development platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure)
