About the Role: Delivery Station Customer Service Associate

As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive their packages on time and with a smile. You'll be the face of blithequark in our delivery stations, providing real-time support and connecting customers with experts who can provide accurate and up-to-date information about their packages. Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing difficult customer situations with empathy and professionalism through phone and email
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries and prioritizing their needs
  • Soliciting customer feedback to improve customer experience and identify areas for improvement
  • Analyzing data and using stories and experience to complement data-driven insights
  • Developing workflows and procedures to improve efficiency and quality
  • Using problem-solving skills to identify and resolve customer-facing issues in a timely manner
  • Gathering and analyzing information to develop alternative solutions
  • Effectively communicating with customers, colleagues, and experts to resolve issues
  • Maintaining confidentiality and following policies and procedures

Physical Demands:

  • Carrying, lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 49 pounds
  • Standing, kneeling, crouching, and/or stretching during shifts up to 12 hours long
  • Working in a warehouse production environment where noise levels and temperatures vary (personal protective equipment provided)

Requirements and Qualifications:

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical and data analysis skills
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 49 pounds

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in logistics or supply chain management
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
