**The Opportunity**

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be part of our world-class team that helps reunite people with their missing pets nationwide. Our 24/7, 365-day-a-year operation requires a dedicated and compassionate individual who can provide top-notch support to our customers.
**What You'll Do**
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Reassuring panicked callers about their missing pets and providing a positive experience for our customers
* Serving as the frontline team to help reunite pets with their pet parents
* Adhering to daily schedules to manage inbound calls, with the possibility of increased calls during peak periods
* Collaborating with a team of like-minded individuals to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction
* Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

**What You'll Bring**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Previous call center experience is REQUIRED
* High School diploma or GED required
* If remote, a quiet designated work area at home (this role is not a substitute for childcare, elder care, side gigs, etc.)
* Ability to pass a drug screen and federal background check upon hire
