**Job Summary**

As an Inbound Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering a world-class experience. **Key Responsibilities**

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, or chat
* Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver a world-class experience
* Work at a schedule that suits you best, with a minimum of part-time hours
* Meet or exceed performance targets, including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction

**Essential Qualifications**
